The 2011 NetRiders Competitions are completed.  Please check back in February 2012 for the 2012 schedule of competitions.

Before you contact us, please read this if you are having issues registering on the site:

Q: I am having issues registering on the site.  What can I do?

A: There could be a number of reasons you cannot register.  If you are not a current student (within the last 9 months) or instructor, the site will not allow you to register because this site is only open for current students or recent alumni and their instructors.  The information is directly pulled from Academy Connection when you try to login.  If you do not meet the criteria, it will not let you register a profile.  If you do meet eligibility requirements and still have issues, please check the following:

     1. Clear your cookies and cache and try again especially if you are using Internet Explorer 8

     2. Try another browser such as Firefox or Chrome

     3. Check with your academy to see if there is a proxy or firewall that is blocking your access to this site

     4. Try to register from a different location than your academy and if that does work, please talk with your school about your firewall issues because you will need access for the competition

     If you are still having issues, please send a screenshot of the problem along with a detailed description, Internet browser with version number to the email for your region.  Please include your full name, Academy Connection username, country, and the competition you are registering for.

Please only use the contact information below if you attend an academy in the region that is listed. If your region is not listed, there is a general contact email below.

 When sending an email, address the subject line with one of the following:
    NetRiders help needed
    NetRiders question
    NetRiders issue

In the body of the email, please provide the following:
    First and Last Name
    Country you live in (State or Province for those in the USA or Canada)
    Academy Connection ID
    Academy Name
    Be specific about what your question or issue is
